See where your commitment could takeyou.Who are we looking for?We're looking for a Senior Project Managerto join our Organisational Development team. Working closely with theGlobal Leader – Change & Transformation, you will be responsible toprovide project management at the portfolio, program and project levels tosupport the Enterprise-wide transformation.This role will be a senior member of a project management resource teamestablished to service the portfolio of delivery initiatives and keyprograms: Delivery Excellence, Global Delivery Strategy, DeliveryTransformation.In this diverse role you will lead at project level:Establish systems, roadmaps and practices to maintain project pace andprogressRun, manage and track progress using agile and waterfallmethodologiesStakeholder engagement – establish and implement effectivecommunications, change and learning strategies, utilising SMEs whereneededRisk management -proactively identify and mitigate risks tooutcomesResource management – proactive assessment of resource requirementsand scheduling to ensure availabilityManages the project scope in a way that enables alignment to strategicobjectives and outcomes are delivered that meet stakeholdersexpectationsManage project outcomes and integrations, considering theinterdependencies, sequencing of initiatives with other enterpriseactivity.Set priorities and accountablities for the activitiesTrack and drive quality outcomes to agreed time and budgetClearly enable the team to articulate the value to be created by theprojectPartnering at program level:Establish and maintain effective relationships with program leadershipteam, Program reference group, adjacent initiative leaders, businessleaders and subject matter expertsTrack and drive program outcomesIdentify interconnectivity with complementary strategies andintegration into the businessEstablish systems and maintain ongoing day to day management of theprogramProgram and project activity performance tracking (time, budget,deliverables)Identify and manage program, project and externalinterdependenciesDevelop regular reporting to the Program Leader and project leads anddetermine ongoing reporting requirements and cadenceContributing to portfolio level:Work with the portfolio leader, delivery program leaders, functionalleaders, initiative leaders and other project managers, align programs andprojects to the portfolio objectives and outcomesIdentify the interdependencies and critical connections and works withorganisational development to strength the cross-portfoliocollaborationTranslate the portfolio intent into program and project decisions,which may lead to program and project changes related to: Sequencing,Rescoping, Terminating, Change of Pace, Value creationWe are looking for:Bachelor's or Master's degree or other relevant professionalqualification / certification with signficant experience in program,project, resource and senior stakeholder managementPrevious experience in a similar program management role preferred withcredibility in a proactive nature focusing on driving outcomesAbility to apply and switch between waterfall and agile methodologiesas well as able to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidlychanging prioritiesProven analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgement anddecisiveness with problem solvingWorkshop facilitation and engagement of large teamsDesign thinking, agile delivery and sprint managementExceptional people relationship, influencing and networking skillsSound written and oral communications skills, including consultationand negotiation, and the ability to develop and maintain collaborativerelationships and influence people at all levelsProven experience and passion to drive transformation within afast-paced organisationThis opportunity is a permanent opportunity and would suitsomeone with experience in project management on a global delivery programlevel.Interested?
