Our federal government is looking for multiples Senior Project Managers to support on their upcoming projects.
Duties: Oversee the execution of departmental projects, adhering to established project management methodologies like Prince2, Agile, SAFe, or hybrid approaches.Offer direction and leadership to diverse project teams, external vendors, and other departmental units to ensure project success.Manage project governance tasks including project initiation, closure, scope, scheduling, reporting to senior management, budgeting, risk management, and more.Demonstrate delivery proficiency across wider program areas as instructed by the department or the Project Management Office.Required Skills: At least 7 years of successful experience in managing and delivering ICT-related projects or large corporate ICT transformation initiatives.Flexibility in adapting to and working with various delivery methodologies such as waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid.Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating with multiple vendors to achieve outcomes within tight timelines.Please note due to the nature of work, only AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN are considered for this position.
