About the Role: The Infrastructure and Health Support Services (IHSS) Group is responsible for infrastructure delivery, facilities management and a diverse array of non-clinical support services that is focussed on delivering timely patient centric solutions across the CHS organisation. The Project Support Officer role will report to the Senior Director, Capital Project Delivery and undertake key administration activities to support the planning and delivery of CHS capital role will require working in close collaboration with a number of internal and external stakeholders. The Project Support Officer will be responsible for providing high level administrative support, including secretariat support to project governance committees that oversight major CHS projects.This will include managing a project information portal, and timely and accurate preparation of meeting agendas, papers, minutes and coordination of submissions to higher level committees.
