This role is a two-year maximum-term contract. About the role We're looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead our Customer Experience Transformation Plan. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a major, cross-organisational project designed to elevate the customer experience across the City of Parramatta. You will promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging new technologies and refined procedures to better meet our customers' needs. You'll manage multiple specialist workstreams, resolve challenges, and drive effective change management, all while ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction for the Customer Experience Transformation Plan, setting clear objectives and aligning internal stakeholders towards achieving successful outcomes.Oversee the alignment of various workstreams and develop new workflows, metrics, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.Develop comprehensive frameworks for project delivery, including governance structures, risk management strategies, and performance indicators.Ensure effective change management processes to improve understanding of customer needs and enhance overall customer experience.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned with project concepts and strategies.Promote innovation and continuous improvement in practices, technology, and procedures to better serve our customers.About You: We're seeking an accomplished leader with:
Bachelor's degree in project management, communication, engagement, or a related field.10-15 years of post-graduate experience in project management within a multi-disciplinary environment, including at least 5 years in customer experience or customer insights, preferably in a government or services environment.Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and budgets.Advanced communication and presentation skills, essential for engaging with diverse stakeholders and driving project success.Strong relationship and customer management abilities, with demonstrated expertise in influence and negotiation.Proven ability to drive innovation, integrating new technologies and processes to improve service delivery.Advanced leadership skills, with a focus on accountability, deadline management, and inspiring teams.Why Join Us? What's on offer We are offering an attractive remuneration from $189,208 to $209,839 plus 11.5% superannuation.
