With a growing team and an exciting line-up of projects coming up, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the MPA team.
About the role As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of major commercial fit outs and refurbishments on premium projects ranging from 10M to 30M +.
Success in this role is achieved through consistent high-quality delivery and genuine long-term partnerships with our clients and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include: Oversee and manage complex and/or multiple projects from conception to completion. Define and manage program schedules, ensuring projects are delivered safely and to the highest standard while minimizing risk through innovation and expertise in planning, design and delivery methodologies. Oversee and prepare financial management terms of the project including accurate forecasting, debtor payments, subcontractor/contractor variation negotiations and progress claims. Leading a project team through on-the-job learning, shared experiences and encourage professional development, supporting career development and the wellbeing of all team members. Effective head contract management, accurate cost administration, and robust reporting of financial deliverables, job costing and contractual obligations. Provide commercial input to review tenders and qualify leads/opportunities when required. About you You will have 10+ years of experience in the construction industry with a minimum of 7 years experience in Project Management or contract management in commercial fitout and refurbishments. Excellent people leadership skills, attracting, managing, coaching and mentoring, showing empathy, care and support to your team. Strong commercial management and quality control, successfully managing costs and opportunities to ensure financial success and high-quality outcomes. Forward-thinking, with a strong reputation for getting things done and for optimising team and project performance, demonstrating the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive enhanced performance and excellent results. Building and maintaining trusting business relationships with the ability to listen and adapt to client needs, while influencing to gain consensus and commitment from others, and resolve issues and conflicts.
