This business is currently on a transformation journey that will ensure its long-term and ongoing success.About Your New RoleWorking within the PMO function, this IT Project Manager position will spearhead the implementation of a bespoke CRM solution that will be rolled out throughout the business.
Initially starting as a 12-month contract, the IT Project Manager will be instrumental in all planning activity, stakeholder engagement, and financial ownership, including the securing of funds.Other key tasks include:Provide leadership and a robust project framework that includes strong governance.Act as the key contact for all project queries and manage communication with project sponsors, IT, finance, and end-user stakeholders.Allocate business resources that best meet business requirements and project expectations.Prepare reporting on project milestones, outcomes, financial performance & ROI / Benefit realization.Manage vendor & third-party relationships in a way that promotes transparency and drives accountability.About You!You're an experienced Project Manager that holds relevant Project Management qualifications (PMP, Prince2, PMBOK or similar).You have 'hands-on' experience delivering CRM solutions on an enterprise level, with prior experience working with Pega being ideal.You know how to deliver projects from end to end utilizing methodologies such as Agile & Waterfall.Can demonstrate experience managing multiple projects concurrently.You are a highly organized person who is both inquisitive and analytical by nature.
