We're looking for 2 experiencedSenior Project Managers to join a critical in-flight Remediation program where you'll be able to help us on our mission to become the world's most customer centric healthcare company. This means you'll be at the heart of finding better ways to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world! The opportunity: We're looking for someone to deliver large (up to circa $5m) remediation and rectification Projects. These projects will likely be large, complex, and highly cross functional projects/programs and will include regulatory and technical aspects. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Project Manager.Experience in Risk/Compliance function or delivery of compliance/regulatory projects.Experience withing the Health Insurance/Insurance industry.This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract and can be based inSydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you'll have the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week. How will I help? You will add value by: Enabling delivery of desired business outcomes through: Building productive stakeholder relationships to facilitate successful project outcomes. Delivering agreed project scopes within the required timeframe, cost & quality constraints. Ensuring agreed business outcomes – including regulatory obligations where required – are delivered with full business engagement. Ensuring all budgets and forecasting is accurate, transparent, and up to date. Applying proven risk management expertise to projects under management. Delivering up-to-date and quality communications – the successful candidate will be able to effectively present to stakeholders including those at senior executive level. e.g., Executive Leadership Team.Effectively managing project risks and issues including ensuring that adequate risk & issue management processes are deployed across projects and risks and issues are escalated when required.Supporting appropriate Governance & Control across projects and the Customer Process Transformation Program of work by establishing and driving appropriate project governance for each project stream.Providing inputs and updates to the Customer Process Transformation program Directors and into relevant Program Steering Committees.Guiding and driving Project Discovery or Initiation – including working with stakeholders and team support (e.g., BAs) to determine whether a business issue raised requires a project to be set-up to deliver on a solution. Similarly, where projects have been agreed – work closely with the Sponsor/Business Owner to initiate the project including scoping, resourcing to get it set-up and ready to deliver.Why work at Bupa?
