About the role We are currently seeking a Project Support Manager to join Select Plant Australia in Seven Hills.
The Project Support Manager is responsible for driving significant revenue growth and enhancing market share by leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics and project customer needs.
This role focuses on supporting major projects within the region, ensuring successful implementation and optimising business outcomes.
The Project Support Manager will work closely with regional teams and key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, improve internal customer satisfaction and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key responsibilities Achieve growth ambitions through revenue and share of wallet improvements by understanding market trends and customer needs.Engage in planned, face-to-face interactions with key internal clients and manage ongoing relationships with key accounts throughout the client & project lifecycle.Pursue new business opportunities and sales leads effectively.Provide current and forecasted project insights to Regional Managers regarding business trends, investment opportunities, competitor activities and business development prospects.Negotiate with potential clients, alliance partners and support regional teams to ensure competitive advantage.Maintain and exceed customer satisfaction levels.About you Proven track record in driving revenue growth and improving market share.Extensive experience in client relationship management and business development.Excellent negotiation and sales skills.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Benefits We work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
