We are seeking 2 experienced and dedicated Senior Project Managers to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in stakeholder management, and leadership to drive the successful execution of RAC's initiatives.

We are looking for candidates with a broad range of project experience to date, including procurement of services from external vendors, business change, technical implementations, compliance initiatives and transformative projects across an organisation.

They key projects these Senior Project Managers will work on:
1) Finance System Replacement - Ideal if you have Finance and Systems Experience where vendor management experience is key
2) Digital Member Experience Project - Ideal if you have managed Digital Teams and have vendor management experience
This is a 12 month maximum term, full time role with the view to extend.

What will you be doing?
Leading and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that project goals, scope, budget, and timeline are met. The role would require a mix of business facing project delivery with technical components
Collaborating with key stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
Developing and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules and other key documentation as required
Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to the executive team and project stakeholders
Conducting Steering Group meetings to ensure informed decisions are made regarding the progress, options and direction of the project
Implementing and enforce best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and project governance
Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members
Driving continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies
Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations
Working with business analysts and change managers to scope, plan and deliver the project deliverables whilst ensuring the change impact is managed well
What are we looking for in you?
Significant experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Senior stakeholder management skills, being able to bring parties together to collaborate, get consensus on key decisions and ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional project teams
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Experience with resource allocation, risk and issue management
Demonstrated resilience in dealing with complex stakeholder relationships
Proven experience in communicating with and influencing stakeholders to Executive level
Demonstrated experience in quickly assessing project risks and issues and managing the mitigation and resolution of these in a pragmatic way
Strong experience in managing work across informal cross-functional teams
