About the role

We are currently seeking a Project Manager/ Section Manager with civils background to join us on this large rail infrastructure project.

Key responsibilities

Lead a large multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of the overall project scope within the time, cost, quality and safety requirements.

Drive high performance through collaboration, positive leadership, identification of risks, and interface with clients and authorities, and support the Project Director to ensure client and community expectations are managed.

Actively promotes continuous improvement and innovation; seeks to learn from experiences of self and others to find better ways of doing things.

Builds balanced teams with the right skills and behaviours; invests time and energy to coach and develop talent.

The ability to work with and influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.

About you

Extensiveexperience in leading multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.

A degree in engineering or construction management.

Extensive construction experience including construction planning and management, leading teams, budgeting and planning, procurement, risk management, client management, dispute/issue resolution.

You will have a communication style that is adaptable from dealing with technical through to presenting information to asset owners/stakeholders.
