Talenza have been engaged by a leader in financial services to source an experienced Senior Project Manager to work with the Program Leader on delivering an enterprise-wide brand change . The role requires the incumbent to work across a variety of streams both internal and external that comes with a significant brand change.

The Role
Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile rebranding project. The role reports directly to the Program Lead and plays a pivotal role in transforming the brand, working closely with marketing departments, technology teams, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for the rebranding project.
Manage timelines, milestones, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Act as the central point of contact, ensuring alignment and coherence across all project streams.
Liaise with the board, providing regular updates and detailed reports.
Oversee a project budget exceeding $10 million, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Produce both internal and external project artefacts, maintaining high standards of documentation.
Employ waterfall project management methodologies to structure and drive project phases.
Experience
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale rebranding projects (it is advantageous if that experience is in financial services but not essential)
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with marketing departments, technology teams, and regulatory bodies.
Extensive experience in enterprise-wide change management.
Strong strategic planning and risk management skills.
Superior communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including board members.
Demonstrable experience managing budgets of $10 million or more.
Ability to operate independently while ensuring cohesive teamwork across various departments.
Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire and guide teams through complex projects.
