Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IT Project Manager to lead our high-stakes projects. As a pivotal part of our IT department, you will manage complex projects that integrate sophisticated technology solutions across multiple departments and stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure that our project deliverables meet the highest standards and drive significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, providing project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. Monitor progress and adjust as needed, measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Utilize risk management tools and techniques to mitigate project risks effectively. Manage a team of analysts, engineers, and other technical staff; overseeing resource allocation and ensuring alignment with project demands. Host regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated on project progress. Coordinate the development of user training, complete with cohesive, easy-to-understand documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a project manager, with a portfolio of managed projects within IT environments. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle. Excellent analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes. Proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
