Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager within our Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you will play a pivotal role delivering business critical program and project success across the organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating teams to deliver projects' outcomes and value spanning project's life cycle including risk, resources, schedules, and financials.
Key Responsibilities: Program/Project Delivery including building and developing business cases for approval, project scoping and planning across the lifecycle, including translating drivers and goals into an executable and fit for purpose plan.Governance and Reporting support through facilitation and attendance at relevant governance forums and Steering Committees to ensure relevant and meaningful progress reporting for projects and programs that embed continuous improvement.Stakeholder Management through leading engagement and communication plans that foster collaborative relationships and buy-in with and between project stakeholders.Contract and Vendor Management that ensures commitments and expenditure against agreed deliverables are met as well as determining clearly defined roles and expectations that minimise discrepancies and foster strong vendor relationships.Change Management design and delivery to embed change and ensure benefits of the project are achieved. About You:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who has:
Minimum 10 years' experience as a project manager delivering complex projects and change management on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in particular with project management documents such as project briefs, reporting and business cases.Proven experience in delivering complex initiatives, working with multi-vendor work package deliverables, and outsourced delivery.Persuasive and confident communication skills with the ability to facilitate collaborative stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement.Current Project Management qualifications or certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, P3O, MSP, PMP, PMI) and Change Management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
