As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the overall program of operational support and project delivery for the SAP S4/HANA Platform. Your role will involve working closely with program stakeholders and senior staff across the client's Business Portfolio.
What you will do: Set up the program and shape the overall delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Migration.Translate the business case into work streams, setting up the work streams, identifying all impacted stakeholders, BAU teams, and operational teams.Gather detailed requirements, turning them into work items and user stories.Work closely with internal tech teams and with the vendor to drive the delivery, monitor the delivery, and manage the delivery.Oversee governance, budgeting, costing, risk and issues, reporting, setting up project control boards, and the steering committee.Manage a functional scope with complex integrationHandle end-to-end setting up and delivery of the program, being involved with hiring in the team, commercials, and governance. What You Will Have Done Extensive experience in SAP project implementation and delivery, with relevant Project Management experience and certifications (Agile PM, PMP, SAP certifications). (2+ years non-negotiable)Proven ability to solve complex problems by integrating diverse information.Strong organisational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, capable of managing multiple work streams concurrently.C-Suite and Executive Level stakeholder engagement in a similar environment.High level of self-motivation and personal management skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a capacity to work collaboratively in small teams.Experience in managing significant human and material resources, with a background in providing strategic advice affecting organisational direction.Demonstrated leadership skills within complex organisational structures, including negotiation, motivation, influencing, and building cross-departmental relationships.Experience in program directorship within the higher education sector desirable.
