The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic and organised individual with a proven track record in providing effective administrative support in a fast-paced environment. They will have the ability to work independently and proactively, combined with a keen eye for detail.Reporting to the Senior Project Support Officer, the Project Support Officer plays a key role in providing essential administrative support, for activities including records management, report coordination, arranging meetings, project team support and presentations.On a day-to-day basis, you will find yourself: Providing crucial administrative support to Project Delivery teams.Organising and coordinating meetings, briefings, and presentations.Managing local records, databases, and contributing to various project tasks.This is a 12 month fixed term position, paying a salary between $74,580 and $90,558 + superannuation. The office you will be working from is located in Moorabbin, with the expectation you could attend the office minimum 5 days per fortnight. You will also work from our head office at 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne. A driver's licence is essential in this role.Your manager has almost 10 years' experience working in government. She specialises in reporting into directors, and loves providing exceptional customer service to her immediate team and the broader teams across LXRP. She enjoys working collaboratively with her team and ensuring success as a team.The broader SPA team dedicate themselves to developing and delivering industry-leading rail and road projects in Victoria, with safety as their priority.
