Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver major, complex capital works projects from planning through to operational handover.
Champion stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure positive project outcomes.
Maintain accurate project information through corporate reporting portals.
Identify and apply best practices and innovations in project management.
What You'll Do: Design, deliver, and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they meet defined corporate objectives.
Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Apply digital solutions to enhance project methodologies, communication, and engagement.
Oversee contract service delivery and ensure compliance with Council policies.
Lead project governance, scope, budgets, and risk management.
Qualifications: Proven experience in managing capital works projects with significant complexity.
Strong leadership and project management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of design, construction issues, and contract administration (e.g., AS4000).
Tertiary engineering qualification and project management qualifications Professional registration would be well regarded.
