RPS is seeking a qualified and experienced client-side Senior Project Manager to join our Northern Territory team in either Katherine or Darwin on a full-time permanent basis working on an exciting $1.5 billion major Defence project at RAAF Base Tindal over the next two years. What you'll need to succeed Australian citizenship and holding or be able to successfully obtain and retain a minimum Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory. 10+ years of demonstrated recent construction and infrastructure project experience with client-side project experience desirable. Professional qualifications in project management, architectural, engineering, construction management or similar. A strong understanding and proven experience in managing construction contracts and contract administration, with Commonwealth and managing contractor contract experience considered highly desirable. Strong client and stakeholder management, as well as leadership skills. Well-developed spoken and reporting/ writing skills with strong competence in computer software including the ability to use the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with Microsoft Project desirable.  Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Completed construction site health and safety course. AIPM Certified Practising Senior Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
