They have completed larger projects in other states but are still growing in Queensland.
Right now, the sweet spot is $2-10m.
They have over twenty employees and are seeking a Senior Project Manager to help the business develop.
This role is hoped to lead to your development into a Construction Manager in the not-too-distant future.
Representing the business at network and client functions, you'll be the face of the company in a senior capacity.
You will forge new relationships and re-ignite existing ones under the brand of a well-respected national builder.
The offices are very new and open-plan.
They have lunch rooms, a dart board, and breakout spaces close to Brisbane CBD.
90% of the work is within a 30km radius.

The salary range for this opportunity is $180-220k plus super.
Due to the nature of the role and responsibilities, you must have relevant project management fitout experience in the region.
