The Role This role will play an integral part in delivery of a major $300mil Residential Student Accommodation project.
The project is full steam ahead, with the building contract recently awarded and Construction due to start imminently. The role is ideal for anyone who has delivered large scale mutli-residential projects, including build-to-sell, BTR, PBSA, Retirement Living or similar. It's an end to end position, taking the project from tender award through the delivery to handover of a major multi-stage project. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all construction related activitiesManaging reputable tier 2 BuilderReview the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costsEngage consultants on design and buildability of the projectOversee all onsite construction to ensure compliance with company requirements.Reporting & stakeholder managementYou will be surrounded by some of QLD's most talented Property professionals in an environment that fosters growth.
You The successful candidate in this role will be forward thinking and have an ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level. Minimum requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and other related discipline (Design, Project Management or Engineering).Minimum of 7 years practical experience in managing and delivering significant Residential, BTR, PBSA, Retirement Living projects on time, on budget and within scope.Proven track record in superintendence & contracts administration.Exceptional stakeholder management skillset.
