Senior Project Manager

Aireplus Pty Ltd is a Brisbane owned and operated commercial HVAC construction company, specializing in the design, installation & commissioning of building mechanical services.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in HVAC systems to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HVAC design, installation, and project management and will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage HVAC projects from initial planning through execution and closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.Mentor and develop junior project management staff.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design standards, and best practices.Ability to develop, implement and manage budgets.Chair team meetings and facilitate review deliverables.Develop sales and margin improvement strategies.Understand urgency with customers.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on exciting projects in a growing company.Professional development and career advancement opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
