We have an exceptional opportunity based out of our Canberra office for someone who is ready to join our federal government team as a Senior Project Manager.We are looking for a motivated person who has experience workingacross projects which drive efficiencies through governance and technology.This role will be responsible for managing delivery of selected projects across our diverse portfolio of customers and contributing to the continuous improvement culture here at oobe. You will be working closely with some of the best professionals in the business, benefiting from their support to give you every chance of delivering successful projects.Responsibilities:Oversee the day to day running of projects including establishing priorities, coordinating and managing staff.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and risk assessments.Oversee that solutions are designed and implemented according to the agreed scope and contract.Contribute to the review and update of oobe's project delivery process.Qualification, Skills & Experience:3-5 years' experience in full project lifecycle ownershipIPM Certified Practice Project Manager (CPPM) or similarExperience with PRINCE2, MSP or Agile methodologiesAbility to work autonomously or in team situationsStrong drive and ambition to drive projects through the project life cycleAttention to detail and commitment to deliver quality outputsDemonstrated stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to meet deadlinesDesire to learn and adapt to new technologyResearch shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalised folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
