An exciting opportunity to provide project management support for outreach rural and remote health programs in Tasmania. Multiple opportunities available
Under the direction of the Manager Purchasing and Performance, the Project Officer will provide project management support for outreach rural and remote health programs. This work will involve collaboration, problem-solving, analysis of issues, investigation and research, and database management. The occupant is required to:
Develop, maintain and review databases for statistical and financial information. Establish effective stakeholder relationships and communication strategies to ensure a sound level of understanding of the programs and program requirements and information exchange. Providing specialist advice to senior managers in relation to the service and business activity of outreach service programs and related projects. Prepare program reports, analyses and other information as required. The Role Provide specialised expertise and project management support to the Manager Purchasing and Performance, working collaboratively with program staff, to identify service priorities and prepare in-depth outreach service plans, proposals, budgets, reports and reviews. Undertake detailed research, evaluation and analysis to facilitate service delivery improvements for outreach service programs and related projects. Work collaboratively with other program staff on routine business processes and maintain quality information and resources needed for outreach administration, ensuring that information management systems are fit-for-purpose and able to provide information and reports as needed. Work collaboratively with other program staff and key stakeholders to identify, collate and promote the use of resources in health literacy. Assist in the development and implementation of communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. Details of Appointment Please note two positions are being advertised:
2x Permanent full time day worker positions, working 76hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies. Salary: $95,393 - $100,067per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022 Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
Current Driver's Licence.
