Digital Metro North (DMN) is delivering significant capital works over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of the integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR) Advanced solution across Metro North.
DMN is seeking a motivated Senior Project Officer to join the ieMR Advanced solution implementation at Caboolture/Kilcoy, The Prince Charles, Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospitals.

Key knowledge and experience Demonstrated experience with all aspects of project planning and coordination, and/or project delivery, preferably building refurbishment projects. Extensive communication and consultation skills across all levels of the organisation. Understanding and ability to read construction drawings, scales, and engineering design. Knowledge of government major capital infrastructure planning procedures. Experience in undertaking procurement and evaluation of tender documentation. Proven experience with computer systems including, but not limited to, MS Office applications, S4Hana, Aconex and project management websites. Possess sound knowledge of Project Management principles. About the role Reporting to the Delivery Stream Lead within Metro North Health's integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) Program, this role has a professional reporting line to an Infrastructure Project Manager within the ieMR Program.
You will also work directly with a wide range of stakeholders, including: Technical Delivery directors and team members Building and Engineering (BEMS) Manager Procurement Principal Consultants and Contractors and various tradespersons (including Vendor Site Managers and Project Managers) Provision of advice in relation to project planning, consultancy, infrastructure and services, construction programs and procurement strategies. Ensuring that identified projects operate in accordance with the MNH Infrastructure Project Planning Framework and the Infrastructure Projects Management Framework. Working as a liaison function, you will work with relevant Working Groups, User Groups and Project Control Groups to support the design, building and commissioning activities. Delivery of comprehensive and accurate reporting to the Infrastructure Project Manager on key deliverables, timelines, and financial status of active projects. This role is full-time with the standard hours of operation being 8:00am – 4:06pm, Monday to Friday.
