Contract/Temp The Senior Project Manager role ensures project management, compliance, quality assurance and management over the departments website redesign project including online information and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the delivery of the Departments Website Redesign Project ensuring project goals, timelines and budget are met.Develop detailed project plans and other project management artifacts, including scope, timelines, resources, risk management, and change management, adhering to Queensland Government project management methodologies.Manage contracts with web development vendors.Ensure redesigned site/s are compliant with relevant Queensland Government guidelines, policies and frameworks.TECHNICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIESProven experience in managing complex digital or web-based projects within a large organisation, preferably within the public sector.Strong knowledge of project management.Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver on project.High-level understanding of web development, including UX design, information architecture, and digital content.Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards, web accessibility requirements, and government digital service.Proven ability to manage vendor contracts and procurement processes.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people living with a disability.
