With multiple large scale jobs secured, they are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who would like to work for a business with a healthy financial backing, well resourced teams, and delivering quality projects up to $40m.
The Role: Project Manager joining a well established team delivering high quality fitout and refurbishment projects in the commercial fitout and refurbishment sector.
Forecast and manage project budgets.Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team.Manage RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants.Procurement including scope of work & tender package.Experience/Qualifications Required: A stable track record in delivering commercial Fitout projects ranging from $2m - $20m.Fitout & refurbishment experience highly regarded.An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively.Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar.A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.What's on offer: Market rate remuneration.January start available for suitable candidates.Get paid your worth - experience and capability based salary packages.Office parking and Brisbane based projects.Monday - Friday work schedule.How to apply: Apply directly via the link below.
