Senior Project Manager | Complex Construction & Fit-out to $30M Your next role.....
You will be joining a national top-tier builder, with a specialist division providing complex fit-out and refurbishment projects across the health, sciences, education, civic project sectors - often taking on the projects the traditional fit-out contractors struggle to deliver.

You will be joining a national top-tier builder, with a specialist division providing complex fit-out and refurbishment projects across the health, sciences, education, civic project sectors - often taking on the projects the traditional fit-out contractors struggle to deliver.
As the Senior Project Manager you will be reporting into the Directors, leading a small team across one to two projects at a time (dependent on resources and project complexity), overseeing the financial performance, project deliverables and the skills/development of your team, with projects ranging in value from $500K through to $30M.You will be working within an established Division of the company with around 50 employees within this division, and for a business known to attract high performers who support and progress the more junior team members.
Does this suit you?
If you are experienced delivering health, university, or scientific related projects (think operating theatres, research facilities etc), have good tenure in previous roles (shown stability and not jumped around too frequently), you enjoy the responsibility of leading and developing less experienced construction professionals, and take a positive and collaborative approach to your client and project stakeholder interactions - we'd love to hear from you!

Should you apply?
If you are looking for a new challenging construction Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role, you will be considered suitable if you meet the following criteria: 

Be based in Melbourne currently, and have a number of years in the local market, and have a good reputation with local sub-contractors delivering these types of projects Have experience delivering technically tricky builds – from the above-noted project types A talent for communication and collaboration Have delivered at least 3 relevant projects, as a Project Manager - on projects valued above $5M-$10M To Apply
