Projects from smaller up to $10m+, running multiple concurrent projects. Our client is a leading project management consultancy with an established pipeline of Hospitality, Retail, Industrial and Commercial projects across new build as well as fit out/refurbishment up to $100m+.
They are now looking for an entry level Senior Project Manager to join their successful team.
You will be working in a great team alongside the QLD Director, and the business has been rapidly expanding.
They are a high functioning boutique client-side PM consultancy with a multi-state presence.
The projects will be multiple concurrent jobs from smaller to $10m throughout different stages of the project life cycle.
The candidate can come from a head contractor or a client-side/consultancy background; however, ideally will have some client-side/consultancy experience.

Reporting to: QLD Director
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Scope developmentManaging regulatory approvalsDesign coordinationStakeholder management and liaisonWorking in a "live" environment (some of the buildings may remain open during construction)Health and safetyProgram managementContract administrationConstruction management of project deliveryManagement of site variations and design changesCost managementQualifications and Requirements: Degree Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similarA minimum of 5 - 10+ years' experience in a client-side PM role; head contractor experience would also be idealProven end-to-end project management skills from concept through to completionContract administration experienceExposure to program management, managing timelines and critical pathsExperience of end-to-end project management on a variety of building projects; commercial fit-out would be an advantageExperience of running multiple smaller projectsThis is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work and the potential for career progression.
