Senior Project Manager - Civil & Landscape

Landscape Solutions Group is currently recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join our award-winning construction division. We work in partnership with Top Tier builders, developers, and councils. Due to our continued growth year upon year, Landscape Solutions are constantly on the lookout to secure the highest quality candidates within the industry. This role would suit a candidate who is looking to progress into a Construction Manager.
Range of projects we perform works on: Sporting facilitiesOpen space playgrounds & parksCommercial towersLandscape & civil construction worksPublic domainsWhat types of clients do we work with: Top Tier Commercial buildersDevelopersState & Local governmentExperience & skillset required: Minimum 5+ years' experience as Project Manager on large scale Civil & Landscape packages $3m+Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Provide clear instructions, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements. Ensure adherence to project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.Communication and Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reports, and progress assessments. Address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure contract compliance, monitor performance, and manage any changes or disputes that arise during the project lifecycle.Desired qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
