Randstad Digital is currently working with a large organisation based in Brisbane's North to find a Senior Project Manager to join their team for a 12-Month contract, with the view to extend past that point.
Working in their Mobile Spatial Program, this role is required to assist in the transition of the existing spatial services and applications to the new Azure environment, the data migration from Oracle to Azure, and establishment of data governance.
The Role: The role requires a technically strong Senior Project Manager, with solid experience in end-to-end application delivery and data migration.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual to work as part of a highly motivated, supportive team.
Experience in GIS Solutions, in particular ESRI ArcGIS and cloud platforms, will be a bonus.
Responsibilities: Elaboration and delivery of the identified project scope and requirements.Identification of project resource and product requirements and execution of related procurement activities as required.Development and delivery of the identified various work packages under the Program.Ensure Architecture and system design compliance with existing IT Architecture.Management of Financials, Schedule, Resources & Reporting.Risk and issues management.Management of project decision points and stage gates.Ensure operational readiness of implemented solutions, environments and capabilities and handover to operational teams.Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.Necessary Skills: Relevant prior experience with the data migration from Oracle to Azure.Experience establishing data governance practices.Experience in delivering GIS Solutions.Senior stakeholder management - ability to directly engage with Manager and GM levels without support.Significant practical project management experience with demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.Experience building and maintaining vendor relationships.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
