The Position
Reporting into the Technical Services Manager, you'll spearhead exciting IT projects, overseeing the design, implementation, and successful delivery of long-term solutions.
You'll manage projects within budget and scope, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Key Accountabilities Lead Transformative Projects: Drive IT systems migration to hardware and cloud platforms, ensuring smooth transitions.Support Excellence: Assist the Service Desk with complex issues and provide expert technical insights.Client Interaction: Keep clients updated, offering valuable input on system enhancements and resolving technical challenges.Manage Teams: Coordinate with third-party contractors and service providers, supporting service team staff on projects.Maintain Security: Administer Active Directory, manage network security, and ensure backup systems are up to date. The Successful Candidate Experience: 5+ years in IT project-focused roles, preferably with experience in Managed Service Providers (MSP).Knowledge: Advanced understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft desktop applications and Telstra network environment.Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (Cisco, Citrix, etc.)
and Microsoft Certified.Skills: Excellent customer service, initiative and communication abilities.
Preferably experienced with ConnectWise and SolarWinds N-Central.Qualifications: IT qualification (Certificate 3 or above) or significant IT Support Desk/Network Administration experience.
