Senior Project Engineer

Intro Recruitment are looking for a Senior Project Engineer with Tier 1 experience to work on a $5billion Transmission line project in North QLD

We are looking to a Senior Project Engineer on a permanent basis who will be responsible for the delivery of an iconic Transmission Line project across North Queensland, This project is worth a whopping $5billion and includes;
500 kilovolt (kV) transmission line from just south of Townsville to Hughenden 330kV transmission line from Hughenden to Cloncurry 220kV transmission line from Cloncurry to Mount Isa Up to six new substation sites workforce accommodation and facilities in strategic locations along the corridor. Your key responsibilities include; Management of the civil construction scope of works for projects and ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards Provide technical guidance to project team to ensure compliance with construction specifications and standards Leading and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in construction planning and objectives Maintaining project documentation related to scope of works, including quality documentation, progress reports, risk assessments and plans Reporting to management on the progress and status of projects About You: A recognised degree in Engineering, or other relevant discipline. Minimum experience of 5 years in Tier 1 environment. Experience in large infrastructure projects. Leadership ability to provide mentorship to direct reports. Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning and reporting on progress, cost and risk. Demonstrated personal commitment to health and safety. Career
