The Role: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee our major Civil, Construction, Bulk & Detailed Earthworks Projects throughout Western Australia.
Point of Hire is Perth.
Key Responsibilities: Direct and supervise project teams.Oversee project progression, task allocation and the facilitation of project planning meetings.Manage Progress reporting and schedule tracking.Communicate with stakeholders, project team and management while maintaining high-quality standards.Able to build relationships with new and existing clients while identifying potential growth opportunities.About You: 5+ years Construction Experience - Civil and Bulk EarthworksB.Eng.
in Civil Engineering or equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods.Well developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports, and instructions.Technical knowledge of construction, building and civil processes.Effective team leadership by displaying skilful communication, technical expertise, promotion of key business values and ability to mentor and coach employees.Flexibility with working arrangements.
