Goodline has been awarded a major expansion project in the Pilbara region of W.A. The project scope will be carried out in an existing Brownfields plant site, with a majority component being SMPE&I disciplines and minor Civils.
QUALIFICATIONSConstruction Induction Card (Mandatory)ABOUT YOUYou will have a Bachelor of Engineering with a minimum of 10 years working experience in a construction project environment in similar roles with a sound knowledge of the core fundamentals of construction management.
Good understanding of Commercial matters:
Understand established contracts, and adhere to approved procedures, monitor performance, address non-performance, and analyze budgets to achieve the required contractual outcomes.Assist in preparing all monthly project reports and cost reports.Maintain the integrity of contract information and coordinate all aspects of the contract administration process, in accordance with the approved contract management plans and procedures.Establish and maintain appropriate client, stakeholder, and supplier relationships to identify and minimize risk, resolve issues as they arise, and maximize the value of the contract.You will also have:
Demonstrated ability to deliver multi-disciplined, technical construction projects in the mining or commercial construction industry.Oversee procurement and supplier/subcontracting functions.
Sound ability to identify potential contractual, schedule, and safety risks.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will operate as a team leader managing the engineering, planning, project controls, QA, and contract admin functions to support our supervisory teams to safely execute site works on time and budget.
Be a forward thinker who can plan and schedule works, identify potential schedule risks, implement mitigation strategies, and assess delays.
Demonstrated ability to work at multiple levels of stakeholder management across various disciplines.
Lead by example and assist in the development of the project team's culture surrounding safety, quality, and environmental management.
Highly-developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
