We're currently recruiting a Senior Project Coordinator to play a key role within our Heavy Lift team.
In this Perth based role you'll leverage technical competency to position the Heavy Lift team for specialised heavy lift & haulage offerings to the market.
You will work closely with potential internal and external customers to ensure technical offerings and solutions are well communicated, understood and followed through from tendering into project execution.
Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Permanent role Competitive salary Health, gym and discount benefits Exciting projects with world class lifting services Growth and career progression opportunities Key responsibilities: Lead and manage business development opportunities including coordinating tendering, engineering and operational activities Provide technical advice and support to project staff involved in the execution of works (engineering and operational) Establishes and fosters mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with customers during and after the tender process Assist with managing the overall execution of feasibility & FEED studies, methodology reviews and the integration of engineering/ tender/ project functions to achieve deliverables.
Drive an innovative approach to project challenges leveraging on engineering and operational teams' expertise Understand customer requirements (through market research) and competitor service offerings, compiling these within reports to influence business decisions Ensure that work is completed efficiently and on schedule What you'll bring: Strong understanding of heavy lift/heavy haul methodologies within a related industry Bachelor's degree with demonstrated industry experience Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or related areas (desirable but not essential) Experience in supplying services to the engineering, construction, industrial maintenance or resources industry Estimating experience for both lump sum and long-term contracts with knowledge of norms and industry rates Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen and can understand contract terms and conditions, identify and assess commercial benefits and risks of tenders and proposals Life at Monadelphous There's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
