The primary focus of the role will be across the Network Refresh Program.
You will work closely with the Program Manager and will be responsible for the management and coordination of network related changes (incl.
installation of equipment, installation of cabling, and configuration changes) including changes that will cause disruption at the Malvern hospital and Cabrini wide impacts.
You will work closely with the business to ensure outages are known and approved, and work with the resources to ensure that the approved change windows and activities are completed as planned with no unplanned impact to the business.
About you The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and will own and take action on issues efficiently.
