Senior Project Coordinator - Commercial Projects

Company: Tier 3 Commercial Builder Salary: $110K - $150K  Location: Tullamarine  Company A growing tier 3 commercial builder, located in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, that specializes in commercial and fit out projects up to $40m.

This business provides leadership that is heavily involved in development and provide the support to succeed.
5 day work week business with hours of 7-5.
Softwares: Jobpac, Aconex, MS Suite, Hammertech Role and Projects:  Overseeing the completion of complex commercial and fitout projects, you will be required to manage the contract process from start to finish.
With the support of senior commercial & project staff you will be responsible for letting and vetting of subcontractor packages, contractual negotiations, Document control, reporting (EOTS, Progress claims etc) and site assistance.
You will be responsible for Services management, engaging with design team and collaborating with team members.
This role has a structured pathway to Project Management.
