About the role: As part of the SEQ Project Delivery Office, supporting SEQ Project Delivery, the Controls Team is tasked with developing and implementing project, program and portfolio controls and measuring and reporting on project, program and portfolio performance against predetermined kpi's and metrics.
This function ensures visibility and communication of status, progress and performance for the projects which impacts and influences decision-making for QR and our delivery partners.
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Control Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
In this role, your focus will be on the oversight and continual improvement of portfolio, program and project controls to support the SEQ Project Delivery Team.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure consistent application of efficient and streamlined portfolio, program and project controls for the SEQ Project Delivery team.
Assist in the monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of systems and processes used by SEQ Project Delivery teams.
Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to support efficient and effective delivery of the SEQ Project Delivery portfolio.
Assist with achieving the Queensland Rail Projects Group business targets, objectives, performance measures, safety responsibilities, and continually seeking to implement business performance improvement initiatives.
