Senior Project Administrator
We're looking for a Senior Project Administrator to join our Perth team.

What you'll do
The role responsibilities include:
Provide the project team with administration and clerical support.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and other group activities.
Preparation of expense reports.
Assist with the creation and preparation of documents, presentations and/or publications.
Maintaining up to date organisational chart.
Preparation of communications and presentations to address individuals and groups on changing tasks and/or objectives.
What you'll have
Accreditation or training including secretarial, or office administration qualifications would be preferred.
High level of computer proficiency in preparation of documents, presentations and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office software.
Effectively manage change to work tasks, environment, and assist others with adapting to change.
Able to identify issues, problems, and opportunities, make timely decisions, develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and ask for assistance if required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information to individuals and groups.
A keen interest in communications is advantageous.
General effective project communications experience is advantageous.
