The opportunity Based in either Australia, Philippines or IndonesiaFull-time ongoing roleOpportunity to contribute to meaningful and transformative development workKey responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of programs across the Indo-Pacific region across a variety of technical areas such as education, scholarships, economic development, infrastructure, policing, law and justice and inclusion, justice and transformation.Manage complex contracts to ensure we meet our project outcomes and ensure timely and high quality delivery of milestones.Drive performance excellence across all areas of program delivery.Oversee project reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Lead, mentor and support program teams.Identify and implement business growth opportunities, service improvements, and strategic transformation initiatives.Selection criteria A degree in Project Management, Commerce, Business or related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and training.Experience managing complex projects, preferably in International Development or a similar sector. DFAT funded program experience desired.Exceptional planning and organisational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong organisational and planning experience with a high attention to detail.
