An exciting opportunity for experienced and motivated applicant to fill the Senior Program Coordinator position within the Office of the Executive Directors, Major Health Projects and Infrastructure Directorate. Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably experienced applicant to the Senior Program Coordinator role, responsible for providing high-quality reporting, monitoring, and analysis of financial matters for the Major Health Projects and Infrastructure Directorate. The Senior Program Coordinator is responsible for providing financial advice and advice on human resourcing matters to the Executive Directors. Ideal candidates for this role will have experience in analysing and reporting on budgetary performance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About the Team: The Major Health Projects and Infrastructure (MHPI) Directorate leads the development of strategies and planning of infrastructure assets for the system. The MHPI Directorate is responsible for oversight of key infrastructure programs and projects, across the following branches:
Infrastructure: Provides planning, management, evaluation, oversight, and quality assurance of ongoing infrastructure functions for the system. Teams within the Infrastructure branch include the Policy and Planning Team, Systemwide Programs and Projects (including responsibilities for management of medical equipment replacement programs), Asset Investment Evaluation and Reporting, and Grants and Special Agreements.
Major Health Projects: Supports the development and delivery of complex, high-value major health projects, including the New Women's and Babies Hospital Project, Bunbury and Geraldton Hospital Redevelopment Projects, and Peel Health Campus Transformation Project, and more.
