The purpose of the Senior Product Marketing Specialist, B2B is to develop and deliver a cross-channel brand and marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and scalable growth for partner acquisition and expansion.
This role would suit someone with a tech, consultancy, and/or B2B background.
Responsibilities: Coordinate go-to-market initiatives for new products, features, and growth strategies, partnering with stakeholders across the business to meet deadlines.Partner with the Business Development team to create innovative campaigns which drive adoption and awareness of products and services.Assess gaps in current offerings and develop and optimise product plans and offers that will deliver value propositions and achieve revenue objectives.Plan, execute, and evaluate an integrated marketing communications strategy, collaborating with the broader business to drive thought leadership, website, EDM, social, publications, and content.Develop the strategic planning for and execution of activities that enhance OES's profile among prospective partners, including events, sponsorships, conference participation, and award submissions.Act as the custodian of the OES brand and brand architecture ensuring correct usage of branding properties, visual standards, and tone of voice.Coordinate the embedding of systems and processes that support and drive efficiencies for the business development function.Evaluate all activities and campaigns to constantly refine and improve marketing effectiveness.Manage the marketing budget to ensure marketing initiatives receive a return on investment.Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in relevant product, marketing, or business strategy roles, working alongside business development teams.An ability to understand strategic direction and apply it into tactical offer and campaign design to deliver against the strategy.Ability to position innovative products and tell compelling stories through sales narratives and marketing collateral.A highly organised, proactive project manager with an incredible eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple streams of work at once.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Highly adaptable and resilient self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team to achieve team goals and deliver on a business result.Creative approach to problem-solving and ability to innovate and continually improve marketing effectiveness.What's in it for you?
