Required skills and experiences are:Conceiving product and segment marketing driven campaigns that meet organisational objectives. Delivery of marketing systems, including website and automation systems.This role requires a high level of engagement with senior stakeholders including but not limited to the APAC sales and account management team, product management team, global marketing team, and marketing suppliers, while ensuring a high level of attention to detail and maintaining a high standard for all materials and activities.Main ActivitiesWhilst we expect all our employees to do what needs to be done to demonstrate their support of Bravura Solutions, below are some specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible:Able to synthesise strategic and CEO requirements and integrate into marketing and product messages.Able to understand business targets and incorporate these into marketing strategies to directly support the business.Strategic thinker, able to look beyond the immediate deliverables and continually move and adapt the plan.Product MarketingPlan and manage product marketing campaigns and events in line with the APAC marketing strategy.Deliver leading thought-led content that directly supports the corporate, sales, and product efforts and aligns to campaigns.Deliver research that engages and drives/underpins the content programme/gives spokespersons content to speak to.Create targeted go-to-market product campaigns to ensure relevance, cut-through, and interest.Ensure leads are effectively tracked and managed through to sales follow-up.Campaign ManagementDevelop superfund and advisor campaigns that align with business goals, brand, values, and product sales objectives.Experience creating campaigns that leverage the full marketing mix to good effect and drive product sales initiatives forwards.Originate thought-led events and webinars.Public RelationsWork with the global PR manager to manage and get the most out of the APAC PR firm.Able to identify news stories and articulate these clearly for media consumption.Identify and manage thought leadership and profiling opportunities for key spokespeople.Deploy effective business reporting system.In addition to the above position-specific responsibilities, all employees are required to undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within your capability and skills when requested to do so.The role will primarily be performed during normal business hours; however, some after-hours meetings will be required to attend regular global marketing team meetings and engage with other global colleagues as required.Strong leadership skills including the ability to manage people and influence internal stakeholders.Demonstrated understanding of marketing channels and strategies that maximise visibility and effectiveness of messaging.Strong stakeholder management abilities mean you can work in a matrix-style organisation supporting local leadership team and global leads and partners.Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal formats.Ability to quickly build strong internal relationships, including with the senior leadership team.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Project management capability.Proven analytical and commercial skills.Strong strategic skill set, ability to communicate and translate high-level information into a tactical plan.Qualifications and ExperiencePreferred qualifications and experience include:Experienced senior marketing communications professional with 10+ years in a regional capacity.Bachelor's degree qualification in business/marketing/communications or equivalent.Experienced in working within enterprise technology/software B2B organisation, preferably experience in wealth management or financial services.Demonstrated experience creating innovative marketing initiatives, communication plans, and content.Drive and resilience to deliver excellence amidst tight timelines and changing circumstances.Working at BravuraOur people are the heart of our business.
