Your new role as a Senior Product Manager, Servicing sits within the Consumer Mortgages Line of Business (LOB) and will be focussed on all Westpac, St George, Bank of Melbourne, and Bank of South Australia mortgage servicing processes.
You will need to be a driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and a curious mind who is keen to learn new skills, is a great team player and is ready to take on people leading responsibilities in need.
The objective of the role is to strategically manage servicing processes over the product lifecycle, ensuring we are providing customers and bankers the best service through simple, effective and compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic process deep dives.Cross-functional stakeholder engagement across mortgage value chain, including but not limited to operations, product, legal, compliance, risk, IT and transformation teams.Own and deliver on critical servicing activities required to maintain current business requirements, as well as drive fixes and continuous improvements through project management.Determining continuous process improvement opportunities.Leading initiatives to drive change and improve NPS (Net Promoter Score).Rectify and improve existing process gaps.Collateral management and building digital self-serve capabilities. What do I need?
Depth of Product experience within Consumer Banking, in a Mortgages Function.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to deliver outcomes in a rapidly changing environment.Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proactive self-starter who is outcome-focused and can work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and project management fundamentals.Strong knowledge of the Consumer Banking, Mortgages market, products, and regulatory frameworks.Innovative problem-solving skills, making complex issues simple and compelling.
