You'll be at the forefront of our B2B motion, driving product strategy and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our global customers.What you will own:Ownership of our Team plans and customer personas, with a specific focus on personas unique to our Team plans, including the Admin responsible for Blinq usage within businesses.Development of product strategy and roadmap for your area, working closely with design, engineering, and Growth teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.Measurement of success through the advancement of the product, people, and processes, with a strong emphasis on incorporating customer feedback and market research into decision-making.What we are looking for:Proven ability to engage with customers and conduct thorough market research to inform product decisions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.Proficiency in SQL and data query skills, with a curiosity for both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.Experience working on B2B products or collaborating with Growth teams to drive product innovation and growth.Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive meaningful business outcomes, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.Now, let's talk about our inspiring work environment:Based in Melbourne, Australia, our vibrant team of 37 (and growing rapidly) is making waves in the industry.Oh, are we also have new team members in our Sales & Customer Success Department in NYC (we think that is pretty cool!)Fun-fact: Our office overlooks the oldest building in Australia, an enchanting old Irish pub.
