So what's the gig? Kolmeo is on the hunt for a forward-thinking and energetic Senior Product Manager to help lead the creation and championing of our product, ensuring we are solving the right problems for the right people, and guiding the team to create elegant user experiences that align with business goals and objectives.
A day in the life of our Senior Product Manager: Lead a cross-functional team through the product lifecycle, collaborating with Technology, Design, and Delivery to make informed decisions that deliver impactful solutions.Define and set team goals and visions, aligned with the product roadmap, by leveraging data and insights.Work ahead of your Product Manager in the discovery space bringing to life back of the envelope ideas into tangible solutions.Host Product Showcase sessions presenting sprint updates to the company alongside other key stakeholders.Establish and communicate measurements of success, as well as go-to-market strategies, contributing to successful product launches.Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.Oversee development at all stages from planning to refinement, reviews, and sprints.Manage the product backlog, juggling scope, budget, and effort balanced with business goals and stakeholder needs.Work with the Executive Manager - Product to align on business and product strategy, portfolio roadmap, and prioritisation.To hit this job out of the park, you must have: Minimum 6 years' experience in Product, with at least 3 as a Senior Product Manager.Demonstrated experience working in an Agile delivery environment as a digital Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst within a SaaS B2C or B2B product.Bonus points for payment rail experience (not mandatory, but highly desirable).Sound people leadership experience and the ability to lead and influence outcomes.Fluency in best-practice product discovery techniques, including defining MVP product strategies, defining customer testing scenarios, feature slicing for rapid delivery, and an ability to lead a cross-functional team.Experience leading iterative discovery, development and release/go-to-market strategies.Proven ability to take "back of the envelope ideas" and bring them all the way through to market.Ability to manage multiple projects and pieces of feature work concurrently.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management skills.Keen attention to detail - "See What Others Miss, Make An Impact" is one of our company virtues.Throw your hat into the ring!
