Superannuation (Insurance & Superannuation) Full time Position: Product Manager, Disclosure
Location: Melbourne or Sydney

Corporate health insurance subsidyFlexible salary packagingDiscounted insurancesEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible working arrangementsCommunity Volunteer and Study LeaveWe will count on you to: Facilitate the planning, scheduling, and successful completion of Mercer Super's Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) rolls from drafting to publicationCollaborate with the Product Management team and wider Mercer Super team to deliver the Annual PDS rollManage ad-hoc disclosure requirements outside of the Annual PDS rollEngage stakeholders, including third parties and vendors, to ensure deliverables are met accurately and on timeDevelop and maintain processes and tools related to product activities while adhering to regulatory obligations and finding efficiencies in executionReview and provide input into disclosure-related material in accordance with legislative and internal policies and proceduresOptimise the use of Objective Keystone in Mercer SuperMaintain the PDS library and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsPrepare instructions and training related to disclosure activitiesProvide support for broader product-related activitiesManage risk and incidents effectivelyWhat you need to have: Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, or a financial services-related discipline (preferred)At least five years' experience in Financial Services, particularly in Superannuation or InsuranceProficiency with the Microsoft Office suiteFamiliarity with regulatory requirements within the superannuation and/or insurance industriesStrong communication and writing skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyWhat makes you stand out: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a client/member-focused attitudeA strong focus on Risk ManagementExperience with Objective Keystone is advantageousAbility to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environmentCapability to work independently and as part of a teamAre you Ready to Join?
