This is helping connect business messaging with other key business platforms to solve real customer problems.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can lead our 'Connector' integration initiatives into global SaaS platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to build and execute a product strategy that delights customers through deep integrations with their business software.Key responsibilities:Establish and maintain a product strategy to improve our customers' experience using a variety of inputs, and articulate rationale behind decisions engaging with key stakeholders bringing them on the journey.Manage the product roadmap by capturing work from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritise this work to ensure your team is always working on the most impactful items.Build a deep understanding of the problems that we need to solve through research and regular interaction with customers to understand who they are, what they're trying to achieve and what they view as success.Define and frame the problems worth solving for your team.Collaborate with your team to create innovative solutions to these problems.Scope these solutions into small shippable slices to deliver value to customers as early as you can.Constantly evaluate if the solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, starting from beta, to pilot and ongoing after full release.Report and share insights on customers, experiments and the metrics that matter.Own and maintain the quality and security of the product areas that you and your team are responsible for, to deliver to the high standard our customers expect in every release.The successful candidate will have proven Senior Product Management experience within a SaaS environment. You are a highly organised and a great communicator, who can clearly express product decisions and their rationale. You're confident in your ability to make decisions without consensus. You excel at collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders across functional groups to achieve the team and organisations goals. You have a deep experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions. You've conducted user interviews, user research, user testing and worked closely with design researchers and analysts. You can both operate at a strategic level and dive deep into the technical details and complexity with ease. You can communicate technical and complex topics to non-technical audiences.
