As a Senior Product Manager at HotDoc, you will lead product management within one of our dynamic squads. Collaborate with design, data, and engineering peers, as well as other teams across the organisation to drive user and business outcomes. Some of the impactful problems we solve include:

Unique Value of the Role As a Senior Product Manager at HotDoc, you will autonomously lead a product team to identify user value and build products that drive HotDoc's growth. This is achieved through close customer relationships, a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will prioritise complex projects in collaboration with senior leadership.
Key Accountabilities Creating exceptional user experiences on HotDocLeading innovation to identify new product opportunities and optimise existing productsEnsuring your squad has clear 3-12 month goals aligned with HotDoc's vision and goals, supported by UX research and quantitative dataMaintaining close relationships with senior leadership and collaborating with designers, engineers, and PMs within the Product teamHaving a thorough understanding of your area of responsibility, informed by user insights, competitor analysis, and the broader healthcare landscapeSetting quarterly goals and objectives that inspire your team and contribute meaningfully to company goalsRegularly meeting and surveying users, fostering a culture of frequent feedback within your teamReporting the commercial impacts of your area to senior leadership and the wider businessWorking with the CEO and HotDoc leadership to contribute to the long-term Product visionExperiences, Capabilities & Qualifications Required Experience, Capabilities & Skills 5+ years of professional and related Product Management experienceExtensive experience working in B2C products and directly with end-usersExperience with commercial modellingExperience working with senior leadershipExperience with goal setting and reportingProficiency with analytics tools and working with datasetsExperience conducting product exploration and prioritisation activitiesExperience working with engineers in an agile environmentHigh empathy and commitment to being an advocate for our usersRequired Education / Qualifications Degree or training in a field relevant to product management, technology, or designWhy Join HotDoc?
