They are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager within their Health Insurance business.
The Role This role involves developing and executing product strategy and managing the lifecycle of products within the Private Health Insurance and Overseas Visitors Cover portfolios.
You will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to align product strategy with customer needs and strategic goals.
Duties Define the product strategy and roadmap for key portfolios in collaboration with senior management.
Conduct market, competitor, and internal analysis to ensure product alignment with customer needs and commercial considerations.
Prepare recommendations for new products, product closures, migrations, and changes.
Lead product portfolio management.
Manage the end-to-end product implementation process.
Improve product delivery processes, including speed to market.
Support strategic goals across the product portfolio.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer & Digital, and e-Commerce teams on relevant campaigns and projects.
About You You are a professional with exceptional product and health insurance experience, a passion for the industry, and proven capability in delivering business and commercial strategic objectives.
Additionally, you will possess: Experience in a product strategy/management role (3-4 years').
Tertiary qualifications in a related field are desirable; post-graduate qualifications are highly regarded.
Experience within Private Health Insurance/Overseas Visitor Cover in product, corporate product, and/or provider purchasing.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to build relationships and drive outcomes with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to engage and mobilise teams to achieve business outcomes, with experience in building, developing, and coaching high-performing teams.
A customer-centric mindset and the ability to drive this thought leadership across various business teams.
