About the Role
Bennelong is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join its dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Solutions & Growth Officer, the Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the research, development, launch, and management of Bennelong's product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in product strategy and funds management to make a significant impact within a prestigious organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Utilise expert knowledge and insights to guide product strategy, recommending new products and enhancements that align with distribution strategies and regulatory requirements.;
Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demand;
Drive new fund launches, including drafting business cases, coordinating stakeholders, and providing regular updates to the wider business;
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions and optimise product saleability;
Manage the Product Governance framework, including yearly review and implementation; AND
Drive the design, rollover, and approvals of regulatory documents as required.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in any relevant field;
5 years or more working in financial services, especially Investment Management;
Strong knowledge and understanding of investment-related products and regulations;
Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and confident;
Demonstrates an innovative and data-driven mindset;
Excellent analytical and numerical skills;
Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organisational skills; AND
Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
